-untitled fridays-

this is a very very long post, at least by MY standards, so if you're not interested in long posts or if you have very little time, i suggest you omit this post before you die.

start from yesterday. it was my baby sister's bdae. her 3rd birthday. i got her a stuffed toy that cost 9.90 plus i borrowed 2 bucks from my fren on wednesday. i reached home and hid the toy. on THURSDAY she found it. she played with it for like 10 seconds before she drops it and totally REFUSES TO TOUCH IT AT ALL!!!

i was like, SAY WHAT??? i spent precious $$ buying that toy and she doesn't appreciate it?? i tell you, it's worse than a car crash.

but i have to do her some justice i guess. my parents got her a pink, cute, BMX bike!!!!!!! i tell you, my furry Stitch probably pales in comparison. sigh. the injustice is terrible.

but i got some of my justice back. she had 2 cakes actually. one was a cake with a photo of Barney on it. my parents brought it to her school (NTUC childcare) but it dropped. how sweet. i wish i'd seen that. it would've made a pretty interesting video to put here.

so then they went to prima deli and got her a mango cake.

it just so happens that i LOVE mangoes, so i basically finished off the whole cake. you call it mean, i call it payback.

anyway yesterday i also had ncdcc. i can tell you, it was interesting. see, i was absent for the previous training and so i didnt really learn the footdrills. i was driving my NCO crazy trying to learn them. she was calling me the lead girl and threatening to pull me out if i didn't get it fast.

the threat worked.

then there was this station thingy. we shouted out numbers, i got into group 5, and we had to do.....

you got it right. CPR.

of all things, why CPR?? why not IPP or...or...first aid or something?? no offense to Patrick, but CPR on a dummy? not exactly something you look forward to everyday.

Patrick's the dummy. our seniors gave him that name. i have no idea why.

admittedly i picked it up kinda fast. let me see if i read CPR right...cardio-pulminary resuscitation, right?

i am so smart.

anyway we only managed like a few stations before we had to fall in. there was one station...i think it's something like rescue in confined spaces or something.

i needed to rescue my senior then i became the casualty.

being the casualty is actually kinda fun. you relax on the floor (albeit a little dusty) and wait for my friend to rescue me and pull me to safety.

how fun.

anyway, while we were falling in, i couldn't help but realize that BJ was there...with his soccer kakis.

i was like, OMG!!! he kept on walking to the gate and walking back! what the hell man. i was so so nervous because we were doing a so-called "war cry" we had only just learned.

i was asking myself, what if i make a mistake? what if i fall? he would be watching and everything!!!!

i needn't have worried. he was too busy playing with the hula hoop and pretending to faint. sheesh. what a mature sec 4.

my friend says he was waiting for me but since ncdcc ended late he got fed up and left early. i can only say to her, YEAH RIGHT! i mean, what else CAN i say anyway? "of course"? i ask you, what i said was the only reasonable answer to that.

did i mention on thursday he was acting?

yep. he was acting as a karanguni on valentine's day for the total-defence house competition. how romantic, right? but it so happens i think our house will win. yes. i'm in the same house as him. no wait. actually he's our student captain. wonderful, eh?

anyway.

i can't wait for next monday. we'll find out who wins.

and there's one more thing that happened on friday. i know. friday is seriously eventful.

my friend wrote my namhere on a piece of paper and added BJ and A's name on it so it becomes i love both of them. understand so far?

then she put belongs to: (my name).

i cant mention any names here, sadly.

but then i snatch it. after recess, i cancel my name, put her name and give it to her. it just so happens that a guy sits behind her. his name is the same name as A. we call him shake because his first name is shaik mohammed (A's name)

my friend then cancels HER name, puts in MY name again and hands it over to shake. shake reads it and writes :

(A's name) says: i love you too...:)

who wouldn't be freaked out?

there was one episode last moth where the same fren caught me writing A's name and gave the paper to shake. shake read it and thought that i liked HIM!

so now, one month later, my friend finds out that he likes me. she says it's because he thought i liked him!!!!!

it's confusing for you, but seriously scary for me.
