*ahem*
today was lit test. the play. i was like the soldier in odysseus & cyclops? i ran out of MT enrichment a.k.a Conversational Chinese at 2/8 by 3.30 and went back to 1/2. then ta-da. my group was rehearsing.
the strangest thing was, i only read my lines like 5 minutes before the actualy play started. i only rehearsed it once before running AGAIN to change!!! but hey, i actually did it. i memorized my lines in 5 minutes.
WOOT. thank goodness too or my group would be DEAD. besides, we were already rushing our props during art. & i was meant to bring home odysseus' mask afterwards but i dropped it somewhere and lost it. how sad...:(
ANYWAES. after my group performed i just hung around and watched the rest. i didnt watch group 2 because i was locked out but i watched the rest so it didnt really matter.
BUT mostly i spent my time trying to teach valentine his lines. his group was doing the same play rite and he was ALSO the soldier so what happened was he didnt noe his lines so apparently i'm his best friend so i have to teach him. =_=*
it was really quite funny. there i was sitting in IT room 2 on the table with valentine on the chair and me reading out the lines before his, so he would say his lines.
but my efforts went to waste. he forgot his lines after all and had to improvise...with singlish. helloo?? this is literature??? but his group WAS 2nd funniest lah...because SOMEONE brought XO because he took the script very very seriously and odysseus was meant to make cyclops tipsy through wine.
but XO is brandy isnt it?? from PCK...
what a gormless idiot. taking scripts so seriously.
what else...oh yea. the funniest group was willie's. theirs was How Frog Went To Heaven. Frog was Haikal, Willie was the singing maiden (??!!!) and the princess or whatever and shaik was the guy wanting to marry the princess. that's all i can remember.
actually theirs was only funny because of willie. he took his singing literally and actually SANG. in a high-pitched exaggerated female voice. the key word being EXAGGERATED.
oh & if anyone is willing, go to every blog you see and ANTI-SPAM them under your name-ANTISPAMMER. eg: ELISE-ANTISPAMMER
because I'M ANTI SPAMMER so it would be sorta copyrighted to go under that. so pls just help de-spam any blog that has been spammed and speak against the bloody spammer.
